  • 8 g gelatin
  • 40 g water
  • 100 g digestive biscuit
  • 60 g butter (melted)
  • 230 g cream cheese
  • 50 g sugar
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 230 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons nutella

  1. Soak gelatin in water. 

  2. Mince digestive biscuit and mix it with melted butter.

  3. Spread #2 on the pan

  4. Get the cream cheese and pour sugar, lemon juice, whipcream in order.

  5. Put gelatin in microwave and then pour it in #4

  6. Pour 1/3 of #5 and solidify in fridge

  7. Put 1 spoon of Nutella in rest of dough

  8. Take off 1/2 of the dough and put another 1 spoon of Nutella

  9. If the dough solidifies, use the microwave to work on it

  10. Take out the pan from the fridge and pour #7, and put it in fridge

  11. Pour rest of the dough and leave it in refrigerator over 3 hours.

  12. Serve and Enjoy!
