I have always loved desserts from the Cheesecake Factory, so coming across this recipe for the original cheesecake made me incredibly happy. Even though I’ve made cheesecake before, I never realized the simple tip of bringing the ingredients up to room temperature for the best result.

I tried this recipe and I have to tell you that it is just like eating the original from the Cheesecake Factory. I loved using the wafers too because they made a real difference in the crust. I had always used regular graham crackers before watching this.
