Mouthwatering Triple Layer Icebox Pumpkin Pie

With a whipped cream topping!

This Triple layered pumpkin pie is beautiful to look at and tasty to eat.  It is guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth as its second layer contains a filling of chocolate and pumpkin. The topmost layer is of whipped cream and sprinkled powdered sugar and the lowermost part is a classic pumpkin filling. The base of this pie is made with graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter.

The contrast in texture makes this pie even better to taste as the crunchy base, the creamy thick filling, and the light fluffy topping work together extremely well. Enjoy!

Triple Layer Icebox Pumpkin Pie

FOR THE CRUST:
2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp brown sugar
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

FOR THE FILLING:
3 tsp powdered gelatin, unflavored
3½ cups (1 can; 29 oz; 822 g) pumpkin puree
4 oz (113 g) cream cheese
1½ cups (1 can; 12 oz; 354 ml) evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp pumpkin spice
4 oz (113 g) semisweet chocolate, melted

1 cup whipping cream
