With a yummy cream cheese frosting!

Valentine’s day is upon us and instead of buying a gift for your valentine, why not make one, rather ‘bake’ one? As the saying goes, the shortest way to ones heart is through their stomach. One look at these strawberry cupcakes and you’ll know what love is. These cupcakes are  light pink and look lovely with the off white frosting that covers them.

The cupcakes come in strawberry flavor which is derived from a mix of strawberry puree and strawberry extract . The puree gives the flavor of freshness and the extract gives these cupcakes an intense strawberry taste and both work perfectly together.
