Beautiful Gold Cake Pops

Any dish that is visually appealing is registered in the brain as delicious even before one has tasted said dish. This recipe appeals to both, the sense of taste and the sense of sight. These cake pops are made of white chocolate, copha, vegetable shortening and edible gold luster dust for decorating.

All one needs to do is melt the white chocolate, use the colored melt to coat the cake pops and then use a brush to dust the gold powder on to the cake pops.
