Cobblers are one of those desserts which are not often served in ordinary days. Only a few people know how they taste and fewer still know how to make one. But if you love desserts, don’t have a lot of time for something as complicated as a cake, and want to try out something different, then cobbler is the thing for you.

They are as easy to make as mix a few things, lay them in a bowl, and bake them for half an hour. A simple dessert with a unique test and it goes amazingly with a scoop of ice cream. You can even use some of its juice as a topping for the ice cream or add a little additional syrup of your liking. In any case, its definitely worth it, especially if you have never tried one before.
