A gingerbread cheesecake trifle: Nothing sounds better or tastier than these three words after a long day at work or school. This easy no bake multi-layered cheesecake is a sight to see. This multiple layers of white cheesecake, whipped cream and brown gingerbread cookies and caramel look beautiful and taste wonderful. The spicy ginger and the sweet caramel, the crunchy gingerbread cookies and smooth cheesecake go wonderfully together.

The diversity of taste and texture in this recipe is lip smacking. The recipe is easy to make and due to the no bake version of the cheesecake being used, is can be ready to be served in no time!

Ingredients:

16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of cloves
2 tbsp molasses
3 tbsp milk
20 oz cool whip, divided
14 oz gingerbread cookies (I used about 2 1/2 boxes of these cookies)
1 cup caramel sauce, divided
