Easy And Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes With Butter Cream Frosting

For Cupcake

  • 1.5 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tbsp White Vinegar

For Butter Cream Frosting:

  • 3.5 Cups Icing Sugar
  • 1 Cup Butter ((I have used salted butter, if you use unsalted one, add a pinch of salt))
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 100 gm Melted Chocolate
  • 2-3 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 15 minutes and line the cupcake pan with cupcake liners

  2. In a bowl, sieve all the dry ingredients.

  3. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.

  4. Now combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix it well.

  5. Pour the batter into 3/4th of the cupcake liner and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

  6. Meanwhile, start working on the frosting.

  7. In a bowl, cream the butter and add icing sugar to it.

  8. Mix it well.

  9. Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate and beat it till you get a creamy consistency.

  10. Add 2-3 tbsp milk for better consistency.

  11. Put the batter in a piping bag and ice it on your cupcake! Enjoy!
