Panna Cotta With Strawberry Sauce Recipe

Panna Cotta With Strawberry Sauce Recipe
- 1 tbsp water
- 1.5 tsp gelatin
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp castor sugar
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 12 strawberry (roughly chopped)
- 4 tbsp castor sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Sugar

Soak gelatin in water and keep it aside.

Add cream, maple syrup, castor sugar, white chocolate chips to a pan and heat it.

Whisk while its heating up and keep whisking till the chocolate chips melts and dissolves.

Add soaked gelatin to the mixture and whisk it again.

Add buttermilk, cook it for sometime and get it off the flame.

Add vanilla essence, mix it and strain it to get a smooth mixture.

Let it 15 mins to cool down and then refrigerate it for another 15 mins.

In a heated pan, add strawberries, castor sugar and keep stirring it.

Cook it until the sugar melts and strawberries cook without letting the sugar to get caramelized.

Pour lemon juice and mix it well.

Melt some sugar.

On a tray, put a butter paper and make random design with the melted caramelized sugar

Once the designs are set, peel them off and serve it with panna cotta and strawberry sauce.
