White Chocolate Snowball & Chocolate Mini-Christmas Pudding Truffles Recipe

For the Christmas Pudding Truffles

  • 150 ml double cream
  • 25 g butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 1 mini Christmas pudding/100g
  • 2 tbsp brandy
  • More Dark chocolate & white chocolate and sprinkles to decorate

For the snowball truffles

  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 35 g butter
  • 30 ml double cream
  • 1 tbsp pistachio nuts
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • More white chocolate and dessicated coconut for decoration
