An almond dacquoise is a dessert cake made with a layer of almond and meringue. It will serve as the balance of sweetness of the mocha and the crunchy taste of the chocolate base.

The crispy base is a mixture of chocolate and crepe dentelle. You will place the almond dacquoise on top of the chocolate crispy base. The main part of the dessert is the mocha creme aux made with chocolate and coffee beans. But you can use instant coffee if you prefer.

You can create a chocolate decoration to add more creativity to the recipe and add some mascarpone cream for texture. Enjoy!
