Coffee Jelly

  • 3 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 1/2 tbsp unflavoured gelatin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups water

For the Cheesecake

  • 100 g melted butter
  • 24-28 oreos ((process to crumbs ))
  • 2 packets creamcheese ((500g))
  • 1 can 395g condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tsp unflavoured gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp icing sugar
