Frozen Peanut Butter Crunch Cake Delight

Cool and crunchy

The summers are fast approaching and in quite a few parts of the world it’s here already and the requirement of a cool and fun dessert is paramount and this recipe answers the call of duty just like a trained marine with a loaded M-16.

The cake has a crushed granola bar base which is very crunchy and makes for a complement of texture to the soft, luscious and spongy filling. The crushed granola bars are mixed with butter and then added to a pie tin, spread evenly and flattened with a glass.

The total time taken to make this dessert is a bit long but the final result is definitely worth the wait.
