It’s that time of the year again when people can’t stop thinking about what to serve their guests on the big day. To be perfectly blunt, it’s getting boring to prepare the same old desserts year after year.
I have been fortunate enough though, to try this new recipe – macaroon-topped cheesecake. It was totally awesome! All I did was a little grinding for the base, and a little mixing. That’s it! No baking or overnight-chilling. The cheesecake was perfect, and the macaroons were such an added delight – a perfect complement to the cheesecake!
