Crust
3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
3/4 cup shredded coconut (I used reduced fat)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup erythritol or 1 tablespoon powdered stevia
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling
2 cups sliced strawberries
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon liquid lemon stevia
1 (8 ounce) light cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla liquid stevia
